Terms of Service

Welcome to WidgetStore ("we", "us", or "the Service"), an online tool for creating widgets, animated icons, animated backgrounds and charts and embedding them in Notion and other knowledge bases. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
You can sign in with WeChat, email or phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.
You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate others or register accounts for unlawful purposes.
2. Free plan and Pro
The free plan includes basic widgets with usage limits. Pro unlocks all widgets with no limits; current benefits are shown on the pricing page.
Pro is a one-time purchase for the selected period (1 month, 1 year or 3 years) and does not renew automatically. If you buy Pro while it is still active, the new period is added after your remaining time.
Redemption codes can activate or extend Pro. Each code can be used once.
3. Payments
Online payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem collects payment, issues receipts, and collects and remits applicable sales taxes for your region. Prices are shown in USD and include tax.
We never receive or store your card details. After payment, the purchased benefits are applied automatically to the account you are signed in with.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit, violent or fraudulent content, interfere with the Service, or scrape or abuse its APIs at scale.
If you violate these rules we may restrict or terminate your account, and paid benefits will not be refunded except where required by law.
5. Your content
You own the text, images and settings you put into your widgets. To provide embedding, you allow us to store this content and display it through your widget links.
Widgets are embedded through public links, so anyone with a link may see its content. Do not put sensitive information in widgets.
6. Third-party services
The Service can connect to third-party services such as Notion and Obsidian. Data processed through these connections is also subject to their terms.
7. Intellectual property
The software, design, widget templates and brand of the Service belong to us or their respective owners and may not be copied, resold or otherwise used commercially without permission.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free; changes by third-party platforms such as Notion may affect how widgets display.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use of the Service means you accept them.
You may stop using the Service at any time and contact us to delete your account.
